A & I Electrical respects the privacy of people who join our Storm Roster. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you submit a roster profile, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, city and state, trade classification, work experience, availability, travel preferences, notes, uploaded credentials or resumes, contact preferences, and records of your consent. We may also collect basic security and technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use roster information to review qualifications, identify potential storm staffing matches, communicate about deployment opportunities, coordinate job details, maintain our records, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Joining the roster does not guarantee employment or an assignment.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you consent to text messages, A & I Electrical may send operational messages about storm opportunities, availability, mobilization, locations, schedules, travel, lodging, and work instructions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers, such as communications and hosting vendors, only as needed to operate the Storm Roster and deliver requested messages. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect safety and security.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for roster operations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to any roster text to end SMS messages. You may also contact us to request an update or deletion of your roster profile, subject to information we must retain for legal or operational reasons.
Children
The Storm Roster is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
