SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent through the A & I Electrical Storm Roster.
Program description
The A & I Electrical Storm Roster SMS program sends operational messages to people who ask to be considered for potential storm-restoration work. Messages may include availability requests, deployment opportunities, job locations, anticipated start dates, travel or lodging information, work instructions, and schedule updates.
Consent
You opt in by entering your mobile number on the Storm Roster web form and checking the unchecked box that expressly authorizes A & I Electrical to send roster-related text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on storms, staffing needs, and active assignments. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. A & I Electrical does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or call 618-497-2220. Opting out of SMS does not remove information already submitted to the roster; contact us if you also want your roster profile reviewed for deletion.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on roster SMS for emergencies.
Roster participation
Joining the roster does not create an employment agreement, guarantee work, or confirm an assignment. A & I Electrical will provide and confirm any job-specific terms separately. You agree that information submitted to the roster is accurate.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle roster and mobile information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
